Production Lead time:
Orders will be shipped within 5 of our business days, if not sooner.

Same Day Shipping is available only for US orders placed before 10AM PST.

These orders are shipped out the same day if order is placed placed before 10am PST. Orders paced after 10am PST will ship out the following day.

Shipping method for these orders is UPS GROUND(3-5 day transit) unless specified otherwise in the "COMMENTS" section of the order form (example: UPS over night, UPS 2ND Day air, USPS express.....etc). Please note shipping charges will differ from what is quoted on order form if you choose a different shipping method.

Hydro-Turf must charge retail sales tax of 8.75% for orders shipped to CA addresses only.

PWC Black Mats
Only Black mats can be returned or exchanged and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please call us at 714-635-6350 or email us prior to obtain a RMA (return merchandise) authorization number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

All Other Upholstery & Mats
All PWC Upholstery are made to order and considered �custom�. There are no returns or exchanges. Upholstery and Mats are covered under warranty for 1 year from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. Original receipt is required for any warranty claim. Non-slip fabrics are abrasive - we recommend use of wetsuit or protective clothing. Contact with bare skin can cause irritation. Removal of existing seat cover by us would incur a fee in addition to the standard installation cost.

All Other Parts & Accessories
