Returns & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all products purchased from Hydro-Turf unless otherwise noted in the product-specific sections below.

Hydro-Turf will gladly accept the return of new, unused, uninstalled merchandise for a full refund (minus freight charges) or exchange within 30 days of you receiving the product. Contact our customer service department at (727) 685-3500 or dealer@hydroturf.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions (see below for details). Please note that restocking fees, shipping costs, or product change order costs may apply to some returns. Feel free to check with us for specific terms, conditions, and eligibility.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable due to their custom, made-to-order nature. We encourage you to review your purchase of these items and verify they will meet your needs before placing your order. We strongly recommend ordering free material samples before committing to a full kit or sheet.

Product-Specific Policies

The following product categories are exceptions to the standard return policy. Return Authorization numbers are required for all applicable returns. See below for how to obtain an RA number.

Custom PWC Seat Covers

All custom seat covers (Standard and Premier) are non-returnable. Because these covers are custom-fitted to match the specifications you select for your watercraft, returns will not be accepted. Defective merchandise may be returned, but only with a Return Authorization number.

Custom PWC & All Jet Boat Traction Mat Kits

All custom-color PWC traction mat kits and all jet boat traction mat kits are non-returnable. Because these kits are manufactured to order to match the style, color, finish, and adhesive options you select for your specific watercraft, returns will not be accepted. This includes Standard, Pro Series, and Premier mat kits. Defective merchandise may be returned, but only with a Return Authorization number.

Sheet Goods

All sheet goods (PWC Sheets, Boating Sheets, Pro Sheets, and SUP/Surf Sheets) that have been cut, trimmed, or installed are non-returnable. Uncut sheets in original condition may be returned within 30 days subject to a restocking fee. Defective merchandise may be returned with a Return Authorization number.

Accessories

Accessories (contact cement, foam blocks, cooler pads, side lifters, etc.) may be returned in new, unused condition within 30 days. Opened adhesive products (contact cement) are non-returnable.

Warranty

All Hydro-Turf products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects only. Please allow 3–4 weeks for warranty claims to be processed.

The warranty does not include:

  • Cost of labor for removal or installation of a defective product
  • Damage from improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • UV fading (all colors are UV-tested but will fade over time with prolonged sun exposure)
  • Damage from sharp objects, pet claws, or abrasive materials
  • Damage from harsh chemicals, close-range pressure washing, or abrasive cleaners

Required Steps for Returns

If your situation qualifies you to return one or more items as defined above, you may return the item(s) by following the steps below. Please remember that after the first 30 days from the date you received the item(s), you lose the ability to return them.

A Return Authorization (RA) Number is required before you can return any item. To receive an RA number, contact Hydro-Turf by phone at (727) 685-3500 or email at dealer@hydroturf.com.

Without a Return Authorization Number, we cannot accept or process any return.

When requesting an RA number by email, please include:

  • Your name (first and last)
  • Your phone number (including area code)
  • Detailed product description(s) and/or SKU number(s)
  • Reason for return (defective, shipping error, etc.)
  • Original order number from the time you placed your order

Once you have your RA number, follow these steps to ship your return:

  • Products must be received by our warehouse within two weeks of receiving the RA number. After two weeks, returns will not be accepted.
  • Include a copy of the original packing slip with a note indicating the RA number and reason for return.
  • Repack the product in its original packaging, including the original packing slip.
  • Ship the product to the address provided by our returns department. Write the RA number on the outside of the shipping box (not the product box).
  • Use a trackable shipping method such as UPS or insured Parcel Post. Hydro-Turf is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Package and insure accordingly.
Refunds are not given for shipping charges (including return shipping) unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item as determined by Hydro-Turf. This does not include wrong sizes, styles, or colors selected by the customer.

You will receive an email confirming your credit when it has been issued. This process can take up to 30 business days from the date the products are received at our warehouse.
